For filters, parts, and accessories, we use US Postal or UPS Ground services depending on shipping address. It normally takes about 4 to 6 business days for delivery from California to the East Coast. Please use the shipping calculator on the shopping cart page to obtain an estimate of shipping rate. It is 95% accurate on most continential addresses. We reserve the right to make adjustment or cancel order if the estimated rate does not cover actual shipping of the order.
APO/HI/AK/PR/GU/PO box customers: Postal service is utilized, and depend on the filters ordered, sometimes we use flat rate boxes or our own boxes. Flat rate boxes are cheaper and the overpayment will be refunded. International buyers: Either UPS or Postal service is utilized. The shipping calculator on the website is 95% accurate. However, we reserve the right to make adjustment or cancel order if there is variance on the actual shipping cost.
** Free Shipping on orders over $99 **
Due to popular demand, we have decided to keep the FREE SHIPPING PROGRAM active on orders over $99, shipped to US 48 states only. Currently there is no expiration date on this offer. We may cancel this program without any notice.
* If free S&H orders were returned for any reason, full S&H will be deducted from the invoice amount in order to reflect our cost on shipping and materials.
** Return policy **
KoolerMax will take back items 30 days from the original order date. All items must be brand new and sealed in the original packaging. There is a 15% restocking fee plus the original shipping cost even if the order was paid with free shipping. If you would like store credit/exchange, restocking fee can be waived. Exchange shipping cost will be paid by buyer.
All returns are sent at buyer expense and any package received with money owed will be refused. All returns must be double boxed regardless of size and how it was originally shipped to you. This must be done to ensure that it arrives to us undamaged and in brand new condition. We also recommend to send your return insured and use a shipping carrier that provides a tracking number. KoolerMax is not responsible for damaged or lost packages. Please package the return package carefully to ensure safe shipping back to our warehouse.
Returned packages without a valid RMA# will not be accepted.
